I offer one on one personalized strength training to fit your needs in the privacy of your own home or at the Madison Area YMCA. 

 

Choose between (1) regular weekly sessions, or (2) receive a 2 or 3 Day weekly plan to do on your own.  For option 2, I would work with you for the first week of every program cycle and then you would do it on your own for 4-6 weeks.
